Theme of the Day:  Practice abstinence for riches will not last.

Word of the Day:  Abstinence (noun)

Meaning - the practice of restraining oneself from indulging in something 

Usage - Abstinence from smoking is now mandatory on commercial airlines.

MEETING OPENED:  Sergeant@Arms, TM Karunakar Dev, (for YouTube search - Karunakar Dev SAA Oct 30, 2015) started the meeting as usual with his sophisticated finesse at 6:32 pm.

PRESIDENTIAL ADDRESS: The presiding officer, TM Joseph Dass, ( for YouTube search - Joseph Dass Presidential Address Oct 30, 2015) called the meeting to order and gave a truly passionate and intense presidential address on the theme of the day "practice abstinence for riches will not last" by quoting Bible with the audience soaking up his each and every word.

INTRODUCTORY REMARKS BY TOASTMASTER OF THE DAY:  As Toastmaster of the Day, the very young and vibrant TM Varun Dev, (for YouTube search - Varun Dev TOD Oct 30, 2015 Part II) kept his audience spellbound by casting a powerful spell of magic with his charming performance.

INTRODUCTORY REMARKS BY GENERAL EVALUATOR:   As GE for the day, Mr. FunnyBones of BTMC, TM Vijay Anand, (for YouTube search - Vijay Anand GE Oct 30, 2015) introduced his TAG team and later gave a very comprehensive and thorough evaluation of the entire meeting, sprinkled with seasoning of his perfect comic timing, which tickled every funny bone in the audience, leaving everyone craving for more.
