CALL TO ORDER

Meeting #1055 was held on 21st April 2014 at Aashirvad Centre, St. Marks Road. The Sergeant at arms TM Sathvik Shetty started the meeting with an introduction to the theme, and handed over charge to the President TM Cherian Thomas who inspired the audience by explaining the theme and introduced the Toastmaster of the Day (TOD) TM Smitha Roshy

The President invited members of the audience who did not get a chance to speak in the meeting, to speak on a topic for 45s.

We had in total 5 such speakers.

ANNOUNCEMENT

1. The President made the following announcements:

a. Division A Contest to be held on 6^th May 2017 at Hotel Chancery Pavillion, Residency Road. Registration Fees of Rs.500/- has to be paid to the Secretary.

b. District Conference CORONATION 2017 to be held on 26^th, 27^th and 28^th May at Mysore. Registration for the conference is accepted online at District92 Coronation website.

c. Lapel Pin badges to commemorate 20 years of BTMC were exclusively made by the committee for the members. This could be collected from the Secretary of Vp-Membership.

2. Newsletter Release by TM Srija and TM Karunakar, TM Rashi who was also part of the Newsletter team was away due to prior commitments.

Newsletters were given to past-presidents TM Nithin, TM Rajdeep Manwani and TM Prakash Tamhankar.
