MINUTES OF THE MEETING

CALL TO ORDER

Meeting #1050 was held on 17th March 2017 at Aashirvad Centre, St. Marks Road. This was a special meeting which observed the International Speech Contest and the Table Topics Contest.  

The meeting was started by the Contest Chair for International Speech Contest TM Akshay Sarvesh.

Chief Judge: TM Kynan D’Souza, Deejay’s Toastmasters Club

The other judges will not be disclosed so as to respect the rules of the contest.

1.     International Speech Contest by Contest Chair TM Akshay Sarvesh

The total number of participants for ISC was: 9

Table Topic: “The 100% of the shots you miss are the shots you don’t take”

HIGHLIGHT

We had TM Nithin, TM Pradeep and TM Zarine who came forward to attempt table topics during the interval taken by the Chief Judge and the judges of the contest to decide the winners.

Top two winners from both the contests shall proceed forward to the Area Level contest which is to be held on April 8^th, Saturday at CGI Toastmasters Club, Yemlur.

CONCLUSION

The President handed over a token of appreciation to the Chief Judge TM Kynan D’Souza and also handed over tokens for the other judges to the Chief Judge itself.

The meeting was adjourned at 9.15 P.M
