MINUTES OF PREVIOUS MEETING

The secretary, Raghunandan Damle, read out the minutes of the previous meeting, which were passed.

ANNOUCEMENTS

Prakash Tamhankar announced the club level Prepared Speech contest and Table Topics contest that is scheduled for 18^th March 2016 and informed members that registrations could be done through the club website. Members could also register on the spot.

Joseph Dass announced the start of the next Speechcraft batch in the 1^st week of March. Seats are limited and filling up fast.

Sanjay Hassa extended an invitation to members to take up roles as speech evaluators, general evaluators and mentors at HPE Smart Orators Club. The club meets every Tuesday from 12:30 to 2:00 pm at Whitefield.

AWARDS

Club officers and members who did not collect their awards at the previous meeting were presented their awards by Toastmasters Siraj ur Rehman and Robinson D’Souza.
