* meeting 1119 had a special education session by TM John Bosco on the importance of mentoring.
* budget was presented by the treasurer only to members at the end of the meeting. Key points: a. Current semiannual fees per member : Rs 4800. b. 2 newsletters (once in 3 months). c. New initiative : books presented to best speaker every week. d. Speechcraft: increase amount paid to member conducting speechcraft,  have a gala meal with family of speechcrafters as part of graduation ceremony .
* Suggestions: a. fee discount for members who attend meetings regularly . b. Invitation of paid speakers for educational sessions.
