1	Club Finance status –Presentation	Treasurer TM Sathvick	Final exact surplus amount with finance sheet will be presented by current committee and handed over to upcoming committee in the end of the term (Tentatively-Dec last week)
2	Revising the Membership fees	President TM Nithin B	Current membership fees Rs 4200 is not enough to manage Ashirwad rent and other expenses, currently we are depending on speech craft money to manage these expenses which is not advisable in future .We should be able to manage our expenses without spacecraft money and speech craft money can be utilized for our club events (installation ceremony, educational session..etc.), committee and members decided that, we will increase the membership fees from next term from Rs 4200 to 5400. Accepted by members.
3	Sponsorship for winner /runners up to district contest	President TM Nithin B	Depends on the need and case to case basis committee can decide and sponsor the candidate
4	Leased premises – Longer duration and Deposit for 3-4 years.	President TM Nithin B	President Nithin proposed that the Club refundable deposit about Rs 8 L with Ashirvad for a period of 3 to 4 years in return for a equivalent reduction in rentals in terms of interest foregone. The source of fund will be from the amount which was due to the club and kept in safe custody by past president Mr.George Timothy. The confirmed amount is about Rs. 7.90 L and the club will put additional 10 K to make it Rs. 8 L deposit. The members urged that such deposit need to be made under a proper legal agreement. The suggestion for usage of the fund for paying to international/renowned speakers did not have much support. President Nithin informed the club that he has already mooted the idea with Ashirvad and they are positive on the proposal. TM Robinson has been requested to make the legal agreement to safeguard the interest of the Club. "
5	Guest Fees	President TM Nithin B	Not accepted ,No fees will be collected from GUEST to attend meetings
