CALL TO ORDER

Meeting #1068 was held on 21st July 2017 at Aashirvad Centre, St. Marks Road. The Sergeant at arms TM Aiyappa Appanna Ponnachanda greeted the members who were present and explained about the do’s and don’ts during the meeting .He also he set the right tone and handed over the lectern to the President Nithin B. The meeting is officially called to order by the president who is inspired the audience by explaining the theme and introduced the Toastmaster of the Day (TOD) TM Vaidyanathan Duraiswamy.

·         The President TM Nithin announced that the VPE TM Melvin won the Best Table Topic speaker award in Unisys rioters toastmaster club

·         The President TM Nithin announced that the Budget for this term would be presented in the next meeting to be held on 28^th July .

·         The President announced about Speech craft program which going to start on AUG 6^th 2017.
