The balance amount from the term
Jan-Jul 2016 = 2,79,611.05

Estimated Income = 4,50,000

Estimated Expense = 4,71,000

Deficit = 21,000 (To be covered by
second Speechcraft session)

Expecting more number of prospects
for speech craft which will increase the club income and meet the expenses.

Gift coupons will be given to all
the educational speakers and coordinators of speech craft.

This term we are planning to get
the club registered as a legal entity.
a.
Treasurer likely to be Potential Taxable
candidate, currently its minimal due to Usually College grads taking up the role,
it becomes heavily taxed in case a person falling in >30% bracket becomes a treasurer.
b.
There are few clubs which are already
registered, BTMC EC committee to consult them as well as the Area directors for
suggestions
c.
Pros & Cons of registering as various
Legal entities like Trust, Society, Association of Persons to be identified &
tabled for discussion with the Members
